Most homes and rentals build up a list of small jobs that never quite get done: a door that sticks, a shelf that needs putting up, a hole in the wall where a fixing pulled out, a tap that won't stop dripping. Rather than booking a different trade for each one, you can send us the list and we'll work through it in one visit where possible.

We fix and adjust doors, replace hinges and handles, put up shelves, poles and blinds, patch damaged plaster, repair skirting and trim, and take care of small outdoor jobs. For anything bigger, such as a full room of carpentry or plastering, we can quote for that too.

We handle minor plumbing such as dripping taps, leaking wastes, toilet repairs and re-sealing around baths and showers. We also replace cracked tiles and re-grout small areas so bathrooms and kitchens look tidy again. We do not touch boilers, gas appliances or any gas pipework.

To be clear about the scope: we don't do any gas or electrical work. That means no electrical repairs, no new sockets or lights, and no boiler or gas appliance work. If your list includes any of those, you'll need a registered electrician or gas engineer for those items, and we can take care of the rest.
