Can you handle end-of-tenancy repairs?
Yes. We patch and re-plaster walls, repaint, repair flooring and carpentry, and fix tiling so the room is ready for the next tenant.
Do you do gas or electrical work?
No. We do not offer any gas or electrical work, including safety certificates or EICRs. You will need a registered gas engineer and electrician for those.
Can you send photos of completed work?
Yes. We can send photos of completed work, which is useful when you or your agent can't attend.
